The Truth to Building Muscle Fast

Now im sure you have come across a lot of building muscle fast tips, and a lot of them just sound to good to be true, especially when its coming from a huge swollen guy who promises this is what worked for him but has no before and after shots.

Now let me warn you, anyone that claims you can gain up to 20 - 50 etc pounds of pure lean muscle in the next 3 - 6 months is literally not living on our planet far worse they are probably not human, as if they were, they would understand the human molecular structure, muscle tissue synthesis production and mostly importantly the importance of genes of humans that no man on this planet can gain that much muscle in so little time not even in a year for that matter.

Unless your living on planet steroids...

Now as we move on from the myth busting, how do i get this lean muscle you speak of?


COMPOUND EXERCISES,
this is the key to building body mass along with your caloric surplus diet.
Do your best to stay away from isolation exercises as these type of exercises work more for builders who are already well build and are toning out their muscles.

As beginners we need not to worry about toning, we need BULKING, and this is done through compound movement exercises where each exercise is working out multiple muscles at once. This is the key to breaking down wide areas of muscle fibers which will rebuild bigger and stronger.

So WHAT are the compound exercises and can i do them at home?

To start of with the top body such as arms, chest, shoulders, lats and back the following are most crucial for these body parts:

Bench Press                - triceps, chest,
Pull ups (Under Arm)   - back, lats, biceps
Shoulder Press             -  shoulders, back, biceps


The following are for lower body such as abs and legs:

Squats          - calves, glutes abs and generally whole body
Lunges         - calves, glutes, abs
Corkscrew    - calves, abs, lower body
Deadlifts        -  whole body

Of course you can incorporate isolation movements but in each of your workouts always have compound movements as the priority.
