Secret to Weight Loss: Whey Protein (Video)

Now many of you would think, whey protein is for those body builders trying to build some muscle, well yes whey protein supplementation is very important if you want to be in a constant anabolic state, which simply means your body is in a constant growing mode, so now your wondering if whey protein is for people to put on weight then there's no way i can loose weight with it.

WRONG!!

Body Builders take whey protein as an addition to their daily lifestyle diet for high carloric reasons, but what would happen if you took just whey protein?
