However, these sugary drinks are
actually more harmful to your body as they cause a lot of problems such as high blood pressure, harmful sugars such as aspartame and you are more than likely to become diabetic, which we don't want.

SO WHAT DRINKS CAN I DRINK?

Of course go for your whey protein shakes, this is number one on the list as they help not only with your caloric intake but also they have good yields of protein as well as other essential amino acids. However, bringing it to work is not always convenient. 

Next, if it is in your taste buds, go for MALT DRINKS, no this isn't alcohol and 100% stay away from alcohol (unless its a special occasion) MALT DRINKS are not only high in calories, around 200-300 per 330ml bottle but also have a good source of fiber which helps your digestive system aka your metabolism, not to mention they are BETTER sources of energy.
